About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to everyone who visits or plays on aitattab.com ("Aitattab", "we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Aitattab.

Who can use Aitattab

You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
You may hold only one account, and it's for your personal, non-commercial use.
We may ask you to confirm your age or identity and may close accounts that don't meet these rules.

Aitattab is a free-to-play social casino. All games use virtual coins only.

There is no real-money gambling, no deposits and nothing to buy.
Virtual coins have no monetary value. They can't be exchanged for money, prizes, goods or services, and can't be sold, transferred or withdrawn.
No prizes of money or real-world value are offered or awarded.
Success in social casino games does not mean future success at real-money gambling.

Your account

You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away through Contact us if you think someone else has used it.

Five wrong password attempts lock sign-in for 15 minutes to protect your account. You can delete your account at any time from My account.

Coins, bonuses and levels

New accounts receive 50,000 virtual coins. A free daily bonus of 10,000 coins can be collected once every 24 hours. XP and levels are a measure of activity only and carry no reward of value. We may change coin amounts, bonuses and levels, or reset balances, at any time without notice.

Our games

All games are Aitattab originals and are provided for entertainment. Outcomes are random. Games may be updated, paused or removed. Some games keep their own in-game coin display; any coins shown are virtual and have no value.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to access other accounts or our servers, using bots or scripts, interfering with games, creating multiple accounts, or posting anything unlawful or abusive through our forms. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Intellectual property

The Aitattab name, logo, games, artwork, sounds and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep Aitattab running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As the service is free, to the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses arising from use of virtual coins. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law, or your statutory rights.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Aitattab means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of the United Kingdom have jurisdiction.
